HELPING YOU FIND CLARITY IN TIMES OF CHANGE
Does this sound like you?
⟡ You’re going through a major life change — a new job, move, breakup, or identity shift — and feel unsure who you are in this new chapter.
⟡ You thought reaching this milestone would feel exciting, but instead you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally unsettled.
⟡ You’re struggling to make an important decision and keep second-guessing yourself.
⟡ You feel stuck between who you used to be and who you’re becoming.
⟡ You’re carrying the pressure to “figure everything out” while quietly feeling lost or uncertain.
⟡ You want clarity and direction, but your mind keeps looping through doubts and what-ifs.
You deserve support during times of change, especially when everything feels uncertain or overwhelming.
Life transitions can stir up self-doubt, anxiety, and a deep sense of being untethered from what once felt familiar. Even positive changes can bring unexpected grief, pressure, or questions about who you are now. You don’t have to navigate this in isolation. Imagine waking up with a clearer sense of direction, feeling more grounded in your decisions and confident about the path ahead. Imagine moving through this transition with greater self-trust, resilience, and a deeper understanding of what truly matters to you. With the right support, this season of uncertainty can also become a powerful opportunity for growth and realignment.
LIFE TRANSITIONS THERAPY IN CALIFORNIA
Our Approach:
Our approach to supporting life transitions is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. We draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you recognize and shift thought patterns that may be fueling anxiety, self-doubt, or indecision during times of change. We also incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you make space for uncertainty while reconnecting with your values and the direction you want your life to take. In addition, we use Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) to explore how transitions affect your roles, relationships, and sense of identity, helping you navigate shifts in connection and communication. Together, we process the emotional impact of change while building practical tools to move forward with clarity and confidence. Our goal is to help you feel more grounded, supported, and empowered as you step into your next chapter.
How it Works:
Reaching out is simple — you can contact us through our website or by phone to schedule your first free 20-minute consult, and we’ll help you decide whether in-person or telehealth sessions are the best fit. Your first intake session is 50 minutes and focuses on understanding the transition you’re navigating and how it’s impacting your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and daily life. We’ll explore what has brought you to therapy, discuss your goals, and begin identifying areas where support and clarity would be most helpful. Together, we’ll outline a personalized approach to help you move through this season with greater confidence and stability. Most importantly, the first session is a space where you can slow down, reflect, and feel supported as you begin moving forward.
